No plea deal in Casey Anthony case, jury trial to start Tuesday in Orlando, Florida (video)

After speculation that there may be a plea deal in the Casey Anthony case, it was learned on Friday, May 20, 2011 that a jury trial is set to begin Tuesday, May 24, 2011 in Orlando, Florida.  There was plenty of tension throughout jury selection between Casey Anthony and her lead defense attorney Jose Baez.  It is unclear whether that tension will continue throughout the trial as well.

On Thursday, May 19, 2011, Casey Anthony and Jose Baez were seen fighting in the courtroom again.  Last week, Jose Baez was overheard speaking to Casey and saying she was acting like a 2-year-old.  It was the last time the two were seen sitting physically next to each other in court.  Yesterday Casey was seen walking by Jose Baez and throwing her arms up in the air.  The nature of their disagreement remains unclear.
